Description of Destination:   “The South India is famous for its diversity of art and culture. Discover the art and culture of Kerala, known as “”God’s own Country”” and Tamil Nadu with its diversity of cultural influences. During our short trip of 11 days, we try to visit more attractive destinations of these two states. Firstly, the discovery of historical buildings such as St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, and Palace Bolghatty. Then have fun boarding a houseboat on the backwaters to the Vembanad Lake. During your stay, you will also see the Chundans, long snake boats which are used for the famous race during the Onam festival. The excursion at the mountainous region in the Western Ghats discovering the Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary. Next, our journey moves towards Tamil Nadu and we begin the discovery by Madurai Visiting the great temples of the city. the Meenakshi temple, Alagar temple Kodal the temples Marriamman Thepakkulam, Alagarkoli etc.
Quickly, we pass by visiting Brihadeeswarare Thanjavur Temple, the Royal Palace of Thanjavur. Finally, arrival at Pondicherry Beach, enjoy the relaxation and mediation. ”

Day  1
Arrival at Kochi from Delhi
Upon your arrival at the airport in Nedumbassery Kochi, we will welcome you with flowers in a traditional Indian way and without delay, we drive you to the luxury hotel in Fort Cochin for the night.

Day  2
Kochi (Fort Cochin)
After spending the night in a luxury hotel, the next day you have the chance to discover one of the beautiful cities of South India, Kochi has full of historical buildings like St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace and Bolghatty Palace. In addition, the city is also famous for fishing. Overnight in guest house.

Day   3
Cochin-Backwaters
Departure towards the Backwaters. We take one of the famous houseboat, a traditional boat and take the road to the largest lake in Kerala, called the Vembanad Lake. Houseboating adds charm to our trip. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day   4
Vallam kali:Snake boat Race
On the occasion of Onam which is one of the most famous festivals of South India, the big boat race is organized. Arrival at the place of the race, you will enjoy seeing the Chundans which are long snake boats counted more than a hundred rowers each. Rowers follow a particular process beating the water in unision with the rhythm of drums and songs. This process makes this a special race. So you spend the whole day enjoying.

Day   5
Allepey – Periyar
Continuing our discovery, we come to the Western Ghats, which is a mountainous area situated between Kerala and Tamil Nadu in southern India. We discover the Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary where you will have the chance to see the different animals: elephants, tigers, bears etc.. Overnight in guest house.

Day   6
Periyar – Madurai
The sixth day of our trip we leave for Madurai which presents a good example of Tamil culture and is one of the places of Hindu pilgrimage. However, prior to departure, we enjoy the tour on the back of elephant in the park. Night in hotel.

Day  7
Madurai
In Madurai, we spend ninth day of our trip visiting the great temples of the city: The Meenakshi Temple, Alagar temple Kodal the temples Marriamman Thepakkulam, etc. Alagarkoli. In addition, we visit the Thirumalai Nayak Palace. Overnight in hotel.

Day   8
Madurai – Trichy – Thanjavur
Continuing our discovery, we arrive at Trichy. The city was part of the traditional Chola Heartland and has a number of beautifully carved temples and forts. And quickly, we take the road to Thanjavur, which is considered a major centre of religion, art and architecture of South India. You can visit most of the temples which are alive Great Temples of World Heritage Monuments of UNESCO like the Temple Brihadeeswarare , the Royal Palace of Thanjavur, the Palai Maratha Tanjavur. Overnight in hotel.

Day   9
Thanjavur – Gangaikondacholapuram – Chidambaram – Pondicherry
Early in the morning, our journey moves towards Pondicherry. However, on our way, we stop at Gangaikondacholapuram. It has one of the best known temples, Brihadishwara. The city was also the former capital of Chola, then we spend a little time in the market. Then we stop at Chidambaram where we visit one of the five shrines dedicated to Shiva. Arrival in Pondicherry.Overnight at hotel.

Day  10
Pondicherry
The 10th day of our trip is devoted to the discovery of French influences in Pondicherry which is a city of waterfront, wide boulevards, culture and French architecture. We can see the French influences in local food, buildings, art and culture. In addition, we can sunbathe on the beach in the city. Experience Yoga and meditation. Overnight in hotel.

Day  11
Pondicherry – Mahabalipuram – Kanchipuram – Chennai
Departure for the Chennai airport but on our way, we stop in Mahabalipuram which is a town listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. We visit the Mahabalipuram temple which is very famous in southern India and other temples in the form of tanks. And then again, we stop at Kanchipuram which is one of the seven Indian cities to achieve final completion according to the Hindus, and it has the Perumal Temple Varadharaja, Ekambareswarar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, and Kumara Kottam. Arriving at the airport in Chennai, end of our services.
