Description :  Kerala, God’s own Country enjoys an incredible climate in India. It is a state located in South India. The geographical features make it one of the most attractive tourist destinations. Our 13-days program gives you the chance to see historical buildings such as St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, and Palace Bolghatty and breathe in the natural atmosphere in Athirapally. In addition, enjoy visiting Munnar which is a beautiful city and is known for the Eravikulam nature reserve and rich forest animals and travel in the mountainous regions of Cardamom Hills in Idukki district of Kerala. Have fun on the “backwaters” which is the network of rivers, streams, lagoons, canals and reservoirs. Meditation and relaxation on the most beautiful beaches of Kerala: Varkala rankes 12th and Kovalam is counted 14th among the top 25 beaches in Asia.

Day  1
Arrival at Kochi airport from Delhi :(4/5 hours by air 2594 km)
Upon your arrival at the airport in Nedumbassery Kochi, we will welcome you with flowers in a traditional Indian way and without delay, we drive you to the luxury hotel in Fort Cochin for the night.

Day  2
Kochi (Fort Cochin)
After spending the night in a luxury hotel, the next day you have the chance to discover one of the beautiful cities of South India, Kochi has full of historical buildings like St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace and Bolghatty Palace. In addition, the city is also famous for fishing. Overnight in guest house.

Day   3
Kochi – Athirapally
Athirapally’s focus point is the rivers, forests and waterfalls. It has the bigest water fall of Kerala.Overnighy in guest house.

Day   4
Athirapaly – Munnar : (3h and 15 min by road 1358Km)
Departure from Athirapally to Munnar. On the road you see the magic of nature, the great mountains where you see the tea plantations and beautiful environment. Overnight in guest house.

Day   5
Munnar
In Munnar, you spend your day discovering the natural reserve of Eravikulam and rich forest where Nilgiri Thar, the mountain goats might be seen. Overnight in guest house.

Day   6
Munnar – Periyar : (3 h by road 105Km)
Arrival at Periyar located in Idukki district of Kerala, we visit the highlands of Cardamom Hills and Lake Periyar. There is also a very famous temple, called Sabarimala. Overnight in guest house.

Day  7
Periyar
We spend the sixth day of our journey to discover the Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary. It is notable as a reserve of elephants and tigers. It is located on the border of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Overnight in guest house.

Day   8
Periyar – Backwaters
Advancing our trip, we leave for the Vembanad Lake in the center of the Plain of Palai. You will find there boats to sail on Lake Vembanad. Overnight in guest house.

Day   9
Houseboat in Backwaters
Next day you embark on a Houseboat, a traditional boat. At this boat our staff welcomes you for this unique adventure. The “backwaters” is the network of rivers, streams, lagoons, canals and reservoirs which occupies the beautiful plain between the Indian Ocean and the Western Ghats. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day  10
Houseboat – Varkala or Kovalam
Set off to one of the wonderful beaches of Kerala, Varkala or Kovalam. Kovalam and Varkala are counted among the most beautiful beaches of Kerala. Varkala is classified 12th and Kovalam is counted 14th in the top 25 asian beaches Asia. Overnight in guest house.

Day  11
Varkala or Kovalam
One day is devoted to get relaxed at Varkala or Kovalam beach.

Day   12
Varkala or Kovalam- trivandrum airport : (1 h and 10 min by road 49Km)
Departure for the Kochi airport according to flight schedules. End of our trip.
